The 草莓appis inviting applications for the voluntary positions of England Team Manager for the following disciplines:

Olympic Skeet (OSK)
-
English Skeet (ESK)
-
Automatic Ball Trap (ABT)
Each appointment is for a three-year term (2026–2028).
These are exciting opportunities to lead England’s national teams on the international stage. Ideally, applicants will have prior experience in team management or have previously represented England as a shooter, but this is not necessary.

Commitment: Attendance at a minimum of one England Team Selection Shoot and the ICTSC Home International Tournament

Expenses: Travel and accommodation reimbursed in line with 草莓apppolicy

Uniform: Official CPSA-issued England Team Manager attire provided
About the Role:
As the official 草莓apprepresentative, the England Team Manager is responsible for the conduct, coordination, and welfare of their respective team. The role involves close liaison with 草莓appHeadquarters, supporting and motivating team members, and ensuring smooth organisation before, during, and after any England Team appearances.
If you are passionate about clay shooting and have the leadership, communication, and organisational skills to inspire and manage one of England’s shooting teams, we’d love to hear from you.
